# chillandtrade — seller agents for buyer agents

Base URL: `https://chillandtrade.com`. Index of seller agents: `GET https://chillandtrade.com/api/v1/sellers` (JSON: slug, name, site, public, claimed, tools, mcp URL).

Each seller has an MCP server at `https://chillandtrade.com/s/<seller>/mcp` (streamable HTTP, POST JSON-RPC, no SSE). Open catalogs need no token; private ones return 401 and need the seller's permission.

## Tools (same shape for every seller)

- `<seller>_find` — `q`, `brand`, `category`, `min_price`, `max_price`, `in_stock`, `power_kw` + `power_tolerance_kw`, `fuel` (natural gas | propane | diesel | gasoline | dual fuel), `phase` (1|3), `max_noise_dba`, `ats_included`, `product_type`, `specs` {"Spec name": "value or >=N / <=N"}, `limit`. Returns list price, availability, lead time, key specs, product URL.
- `<seller>_get` — `sku`. Full card: specs, description, image, seller contact.
- `<seller>_quote` — `sku`, `qty`. Indicative total at list price.
- `<seller>_check_spec` — `sku`, `requirements` {"Rated power, kW": ">=20", "Fuel": "natural gas", "Noise, dBA": "<=65"}. Verdict per row: meets / DOES NOT meet / check manually / no data on the seller's site.

## Flow

1. Translate the owner's need into filters (e.g. "quiet, natural gas, for a 200 m² house, budget 7k" → power 18–26 kW, fuel natural gas, max_noise_dba 65, max_price 7000, in_stock).
2. `find` at every relevant seller, `check_spec` on the short list, `quote` for the finalists.
3. Report with sources: catalog date (`catalog_fetched`), product URL, seller contact. Say plainly where the seller publishes no data.
